Parabens May Be Linked To Breast Cancer
Parabens are a class of chemical compounds widely used as preservatives in cosmetics. Preliminary research indicates that parabens may be connected to breast cancer. Parabens are reported to have estrogen like properties and are thought to be absorbed through the skin. According to a report in the Journal of Applied Toxicology parabens have been found in breast cancer tumors.1
