Healthy Morning - Store and Shipping Policies Credit Card Security: Healthy Morning uses a secure, 128 bit encrypted server for processing credit card information. Order processing is protected by GeoTrust and VeriSign. Shipping: Instock products ship in one business day and arrive in 2 to 3 business days in the continental US. Shipping is via USPS priority or UPS. Out of stock items ship in 3 to 4 business days with delivery in 6 to 8 days. We will notify you if a product is out of stock resulting in a delay. US Shipping charges are: A flat rate of $5.95 for orders up to $100.00. For orders over $100.00, shipping is FREE. For express shipping contact Healthy Morning by email and we will let you know the cost (varies with location and weight). Canadian Shipping: Shipping to Canada is $20.00. Shipments to Canada take longer than US shipments and may take a week to 10 days. Canadian customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by Canada. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause. Customers also take responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported. If a shipment is returned for failure to pay customs or product rejection by customs, the customer will be credited for their order less all shipping and handling, plus a 15% restocking fee. These charges include shipping to and from Healthy Morning, where applicable. We reserve the right to have a package destroyed at customs if it is too expensive to return. Unpaid duties and taxes will be charged to the customers' credit card. Foreign Shipments: Healthy Morning is not set up to ship to countries other than the US and Canada. Privacy Protection: Healthy morning does not sell or give away personal information, including names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers. Returns: You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full price refund of the product price as long as the item is in new condition, seals are not broken or tampered with. The item must be in its original packaging. Simply include a copy of your order shipment notice (or your order # and full contact details) in your returned package. Upon receipt of your returned item with shipment notice, we will issue a credit and notify you by email. Shipping charges will not be refunded. * For orders that were shipped free: If the returned items cause your original order to fall below $100, we will subtract an appropriate shipping costs from the amount to be credited. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Item? Please contact us immediately by email so we can send you a replacement. We will also provide free return shipping if the return is a result of our error. Changing Manufacturer Information: Manufacturers often change product descriptions and formulations. Healthy Morning makes every attempt to keep up with changing manufacturer information.
